I came to this location and was not greeted , I stood outside at 4:28am , the lady came and opened the door and I was walking in behind her she definitely seen me and left the door close on me and I ordered my coffee and asked can I use the bathroom and the lady was talking and holding a conversation with another lady sooooo unprofessional and rude, this is unacceptable, if there is no customers there is no business so with that being said she needs to go through customer service training again!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I placed a mobile order because I did not have time to wait in line so I used that option. Got there, coffee came out, cool. Been there almost 10 minutes no food… I had to catch the attention of one of many employees there (nobody asked if I needed help), just for them to make me pull my phone out to show that I had food. If my coffee came on the same order as my food, then you should’ve seen it too. I ended up leaving my order because I did not have time to spare. Horrible location. People are rude too.

Nice people nice coffee

I was always taught if you have nothing nice to say don’t say anything at all but I really feel the need to say something here. I was born and raised in this area and coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years. Overtime it’s become more disgusting. customer service has gone down the toilet. the ladies behind the counter rolling their eyes and speaking Spanish and think we don’t understand them talking crap about customers coming in, most people understand Spanish. I wanted to dine in, but the tables were so disgusting that I couldn’t. spilled coffee on the floor, garbage all over the tables and food. Did toddlers come in and destroy the whole place and just leave? I get it as a customer you should clean up after yourself, but as an employee, you shouldn’t let it go that far,clean up. Management get a grip on your franchise. Lots of people need jobs out there and I can’t find one. Maybe you need to rethink your hiring process.

Dunkin rewards

Great service and no delays. Love this location. Western location doesn't hold it together when it comes to service and the management suppose to set examples and still nothing at the Western location.
