the worst customer service i have ever experienced and I come to dunkins all over boston at leadt twice a day . I have the app and because of the coworkers nasty attitutude and her judgement on me and how she felt about me she would not use my app that says i get $2 dollar coffees everyday instead she told me i had to pay$ 3.07 so i gave her $3.25 and told her to keep the change . Will never come back to this location and i suggest people treat people kind you never know what someone is going through and there is no reason at all to ever treat a customer like they are nothing regardless of how your personal feelings are towards them when this is a buisness. I hope people have better experiences then me . God Bless
This Dunkin' is fine. I enjoy the convenient location right across the street from BC, and the fact that the shop has friendly staff. The food is okay, it is a Dunkin’.
The absolute worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. They repeatedly do not care about taking orders timely. They are completely backwards with their inadequate manager. She is even worse then the employee that cursed me out for ordering the wrong drink. Please stay away!
Ordered two lattes and a bagel - the coffeee was burnt beyond the point of being consumable and the bagel was stale.
You've found it. The worst Dunkin. The CURSED Dunkin. You think it can't be that bad, and it's nearby. NO. This is not like other Dunkins. Stay away.
