Good food, customet focused staff.

I did an online order and I got an everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and a coffee. Well I get to the order thing and they say they have 7 mins left on the everything bagels so I’m like oh nvm I’ll just get a plain bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese and they’re like ok then we get up to the window and the manager says they actually only have 30 seconds left. So I’m like sweet I’ll take the everything bagel well me and my sister get half way down the interstate and I pull my bagel out. It’s literally mush, not cooked and actually nasty. I’m pissed. So me and my sister then had to also stop at bojangles so I could get something to eat. So I paid $5 for an under cooked non edible bagel. I’ve tried to call them twice and they haven’t answered but idc if I have to literally walk in there one day this week bc how are you gonna be the manager and serve undercooked food????? If I could give this joke of a fast food place no stars…… I would. Disgusting.

You can never get the sourdough breakfast sandwich toasted enough even when you ask to toast the bread a little longer. You'll get the sandwich virtually un-toasted.
