Everyone here is super friendly and greet me kindly every time! My mobile order is usually right and when it is wrong they fix it super quickly. Fresh donuts.

This is my weekday morning stop before work whenever I choose Dunkin over Starbucks. The staff are all very friendly. The efficiency with regards to correct order and timeliness is a pleasant bonus.

Love this Dunkin’ for its convenience. But the girl at the drive through is so rude (regularly rude, not a one off) . She is NOT a people person and should not have dealings with customers.

I ordered 3 sesame bagels 1 blueberry muffin and 2 chocolate glazed donuts.it was a take out order so I believed everything was packed inside. But blueberry muffin was not there. When I went and asked about that they said they couldn’t find the muffin in that order. The order number is (1116) from 9120 Harris corners pwky Charlotte, NC(28269).

The best Dunkin EVER! Tell your friends. They make my iced almond milk latte perfect every! time! I look forward to my in office days because it means I get to stop by my favorite Dunkin (this location). If I could give this location 10 stars I would <3 Laura at the drive thru is the best!

Food is very good, service is great, speed in drive through is slow. Always better to go inside to pick up.
