Order green tea. Was given reg tea. Nobody came to take my order had to flag them down. People came and went before I was given my food. Should of just grabbed my own stuff they wouldn't have noticed nor cared

Poor lady at the drive through there was a sign that they close at 2pm because of short staff. The lady was so nice and we got to talking

Customer service is consistently horrible. The drive thru is the worst. No eye contact, just reaching for card, not speaking, talking on the phone etc.
