I wouldn’t order from this location again nasty sales old food & sloppy plus I didn’t get one of my items disgusting

It was a great and Quiet place

NEW EMPLOYEES SUCK !!! I’ve been going to this Dunkin for almost a year .last group of employees were friendly & even knew my name . No greetings when I walked in , I was told to wait even though my mobile order was just sitting & when I looked over the manager was just waiting by the oven . MULTITASK … service sucks & the atmosphere is just sad .

Ordered a medium coffee , cups was half full. Never again

Struggling to stay a float. We had to flag down an employee and ask if we could order, they were out of doughnuts and the few they had were crumbling, we still had to wait 20 min because they forgot to make our hot chocolate and it was really weak tasting after all that. My daughter said we should have just gone to QT.

I ordered me and my daughter a turkey, egg, and cheese croissant and it was cold. I told them and they gave me another one the 2nd time that was still cold. I wouldn’t recommend eating from here.

i been staying 5 minutes from this dunkin since i was a toddler & now that i’m grown they haven’t done nothing but gotten worse! EVERYTIME i go the coffee is burnt & i have coffee atleast twice a week but this location it’s BURNT, i rarely go to this location but when i just think to give it a try instead going across town for an iced coffee i keep having to tell them my iced coffee isn’t great and they give me ATTITUDE, i went yesterday 1/22/2024 and the man with disability checked me out at the drive thru and got extremely hostile because i asked him why was my iced coffee dark brown and tasted horrible he snatched my drink and started raising his voice at me, he asked what did i want now? as i initiated to tell him what i wanted to substitute the drink for he screamed and said do you want a refund huh cause that’s nothing, AND SLAMMED THE WINDOW on me, my sister and 3 year old, as he’s getting my refund he calls the other staff over to tell them and they came to window with him laughing and looking in my car.. my thing was he was only working the register the other 2 people made the drinks i truly didn’t understand why he was so darn angry when he didn’t do anything but stand at the window until the drinks were ready that’s what made me laugh.. if they could be shut down cause the lack of things they don’t do that’ll be great! as someone who works with consumers with plenty disabilities for over 5 years you’d think some of them would have a decency & courtesy especially when working in the real world where it’s actually people that’s NASTY to others for no reason but he was awful & beyond past rude! i will NEVER return to this location!

Don’t go here the cashier (male ) is so rude if you hate your job then quit . NASTY ATTITUDE plus he’s touching money and not changing gloves to get the donuts .. I DEFINITELY NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE 1/4/2024 @2:02pm

I came by today around 4:20 to order my iced coffee and the guy at drive thru, Wayne, I asked for large iced coffee with 3 pumps of caramel swirl, 3 pumps of hazelnut, 3 pumps of liquid cane sugar, and 4 pumps of cream and xtra iced but he charge me with 3 pumps of caramel swirl, 1 pumps of hazelnut, and 4 creams. The charge was 4.32. He messed up my order when I got home and saw it.
