Do not go here you will be wasting your time and they don’t give you what you ordered. Customer service sucks. Do not go here. I repeat do not go here. You will wait a long time.

I wanted to go buy 20 donuts for my daughter’s birthday in drive-thru. When I was ordering, my English isn’t fluent, so I didn’t know what “sprinkles” meant. So I tried to describe to this African-American short girl with dreads, who looked like she has a Gender Crisis, by trying to explain to her “rainbow dots on the donuts” but she was probably stupid or acted stupid to not try understand what I meant. And when I drove to the 2nd window, I saw how she super aggressively threw all my 20 donuts in the box which made them all smashed and messy. So I just drove to Safeway across the road to buy cupcakes. And I was very surprised that here are such non-professional, bad-manner, primitive and underdeveloped people like her. (Wish you all a nice day )

Not sure what the hype is with Dunkin Donuts. I’ve been there three times and this will be my last. The first time they put the wrong flavor crème cheese and when I politely asked to get what I asked for, I got a major attitude and they gave it to me cold. The second time they forgot the cream cheese all together and only half way filled the bacon in the bag. They also had loud music on. This last time the bacon was cold and had way too much pepper on it. Don’t ask for a small water cup because they will charge an arm and a leg. Also the couple of donuts we ordered tasted old so we threw them away. They worst though was the staff, they are not friendly. They don’t always greet you and I’ve never had one say thank you or have a nice day. Lastly, the staff seem to get along well, to the point that they will ignore you. Yucky food, poor customer service, no thank you.

I had the worst experience here, I waited 16 min in the drive through, rude young workers that were taking way too long, had zero customer service that's the worse. The coffee itself was decent

Could t order doughnut holes on the app for pickup for some reason.

Love the drive thru, I'm handicapped so the drive thru is great. Especially when it's raining. I wish there was a Dunkin donuts in Oroville.

Today I take the some donuts but one staff girl cn’t give gud service i never come again

I like this place before I even ate my order. The staff here are super friendly, I want to go back just for that, it’s a great way to start the day. I love how they have Turkey sausage breakfast sandwiches! I haven’t had mammal meat for over five years. Cancer feeds off those proteins so this is a great alternative. I won’t ever go back to those other fast food joints. I do have to warn you though, the hash browns were TERRIBLE !!! Greasy and only 5 or 6 small rounds. Not worth the money don’t try them.
