Dunkin'

The short skinny guy took extra money off of me did not run the transaction through the register than when I complained he said he would call the cops on me the last time I was in there I got some water and he disrespected me and I cussed him out now when I walk any were near the store the police follow me around I won't go in that store any more it's a set up for disaster waiting to happen I don't even like being downtown but I have to make my commute and these people treat me like trash and called the cops on me for defending myself

Ok it's not in best area it's definitely in the hood and to be honest with you it wasn't were i like to go but they made the best coffee it was perfect

Honest is there 2 man working there can't not do coffee right in morning.

Two of the worker there are very disrespectful and need to learn customer service.

I would give them 1 star but they don’t even deserve that. I’m a manager for a different Dunkin Donuts located in South Jersey. An by far this is the worse one. Just based off customer service itself. The one relatively young women that works in the morning (maybe Hispanic) seem to always have an attitude and that can deter customers from going there. Mind you they couldn’t get a basic small hot tea with 3 sugars and 3 milks right. I understand the location of the store is terrible but it will go along way if the staff had 5 star customer service. I know this because I’m a manager for a Dunkin franchise. The store has potential, the employees just need the right mindset.
