El servicio fue bastante rápido. También es verdad que no éramos mucha gente y el local estaba bastante vacío. El chocolate lo hacen con mucha grasa. Cuando lo tomas sabe a hacerte un chocolate con chocolate de leche en polvo. Alguna vez he usado chocolate con leche en polvo h en lugar de agua le he puesto le he, lo que sabe suuper dulce y lechoso. No me gusta así pero se puede tomar Los donuts bien

As with most Dunkin' locations, your drink can differ in taste day to day even if you order the same thing. Although, what makes this location special are the sweet employees who work here. Beatrice at the register is so kind and a gentleman at the counter asks what your order is if he sees you waiting for a while. Overall, my iced lattes are tasty and the service is wonderful!

Because I had some free time before meetings, I used this Dunkin’ store. This store had enough space for staying for a while and it included a bathroom where people were able yo enter freely although this bathroom was not clean.

the cashier lady is soooo rude. She stresses me out every single time. Terrible customer service

Very nice Dunkin in the heart of Kendall with a few good seating options available.

Dunks is dunks, but seems like every time I grab a morning coff and snack at Kendall, they get something wrong. I don’t understand this method of coffee mixing that they use, but asking for a ‘coffee with milk’ shouldn’t be as complex as “so, two milk?” “Idk, I just don’t want it too light,” “okay so one milk” “I don’t know how much milk is involved in ONE, I just want it regular, not dark, not light, with whole milk”, ??then I asked for an order of bacon omelette bites, but the manager keyed in egg white and veg omelette bites. Of course I don’t know of his error until I sat down and opened the bag. So, is this a communication issue? What is it? Every time I come here it seems to be worse. If an employee isn’t fluent in the language, just have them fill the online orders, bc they cannot be relied on to get any order right. Maybe it’s worth the extra five bucks to know they actually understand my lazy American English. If the United Committees of Cambridge actually allowed more than a single coffee shop to be open in Kendall, I would seek out another.
