These Dunkin's are absolutely fantabulous because of the way I feel the moment I enter the business. It's always the friendliest hello how are you and if I let them know that their customer service is off IMMEDIATELY an apology is given and if not I write a review without ever returning to that specific Dunkin Donuts. By Grace this has never happened.
Today I did something very stupid and went running in freezing weather without gloves on. I ran 3 miles around Prospect Park freezing cold and, instead of running straight back to my apartment like an intelligent person would have done, I ran to Dunkin Donuts, thinking that a hot drink would warm me up more quickly than if I would be warmed up if I went straight home. But as soon as I walked into Dunkin Donuts, I somehow felt even colder than I had when I was outside. I burst out crying; my hands felt like they were burning cold. The man behind the counter took me in, let me wash my hands with hot water, sat me down and brought me a hot drink, gave me munchkins, and advised me to wear a jacket in the future. He offered to call my mom -- I didn't have the heart to tell him that I am, in fact, 23 years old and supposedly an adult! Someone give this kind man and his kind coworkers a raise!!!
