They have a always washroom out of service

This DD location was very untidy to say it was only approximately 11 a.m. We had to clean off our table. There was trash all over the floor. Chairs were all over the place. The employees seem not to be bothered by the mess in the dining area. My elderly mom couldn't use the bathroom due to it being out of order. Personally, I believe either it wasn't clean or no one wanted to clean up after customers. So, after buying coffee and breakfast, we had to walk back to her doctor's just to use the bathroom. If they would tidy up this location, I think they could get a better rating from customers.

Completed a mobile order (just a few coffees) went in 15 minutes later and order wasnt ready..no big deal waited another 10 minutes and asked several times about my order, kept being told they were working on it. People came in to place their orders (food, lattes, etc) and were given their items before me. The girl working the coffee station, kept walking away and taking orders and grabbing donuts while there were 2 other employees already doing that job. Finally an employee said thay I had been waiting a long time for my coffee the girl made an excuse that it was because I had a large complicated order....it was 2 coffees with a pump of sweetener. That dunkin seems to always have problems and employees who aren't very friendly with the customers...not to mention coffees that are less than half full.

The employees are extremely rude and they always get your order wrong. They also have the smallest Boston cream donuts.
