I've visited this place on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. The major issue revolves around the rushed service, leading to frequent order errors. On a couple of visits, my orders were completely incorrect, with a particularly concerning incident where I asked for almond milk but received regular milk. This oversight caused me to experience an allergic reaction, which was not only inconvenient but also potentially hazardous to my health. Furthermore, attempting to address these concerns through email communication with corporate proved unfruitful, as my concerns were seemingly overlooked. It's disheartening when customer safety and order accuracy take a back seat. For those considering this place, I strongly advise checking your order thoroughly before leaving. The lack of attention to detail and a seemingly indifferent corporate response have left me with a negative impression. Hopefully, the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their customer service standards.

Horrible servicio el chico que estaba hay sirviendo los helados le pedí un helado pequeño de oreo para mi hijo y el por error me dio uno de café y después no me lo quiso cambiar dijo que mi hijo y yo le dijimos café algo que ami el café no me gusta ni a mi hijo de 7 años menos….el Manager estaba hay e increíble tuve que tirar el helado después de pagar casi 6 dólares y comprarle otro ami hijo…. La cajera si fue muy amable ella se disculpo con migo… por como ellos actuaron…..esas personas así él hambre se les ve en la cara…. Pague doble pero eso no es nada no importa puedo pagar hasta 3 veces el problema es que no admitió su fallo no está preparado para trabajar!!!!
