Dunkin's outpost at 231st Street, just west of Broadway in The Bronx has an outstanding staff of South Asian servers - very much customer service oriented and caring of people who enter their store - even if they're coming in just to get out of the cold.

Ordered a drink and they made it wrong twice asked for a refund and they told me they can’t give me my Money back room my receipt and went to 230 Broadway location and they made it the right way for me
