Dunkin'

Just went in to get some waters and apple juice before my shift…. when I asked for a bag the girl behind the counter said No. I said why she says cause I can’t give it to you. Again I asked why she said that’s for to go orders only. Then the manager comes out and I said so I got all these bottles and I can’t get a bag he says no…. I can’t get a simple bag after spending money at your place what poor customer service.

i’m vegan and their drink made me throw up within minutes of purchase. i also suffered stomaches and diarrhea for days because somehow somewhere an obvious mistake was made. they need to ensure non diary drinks are fresh and free of cross contamination. horrible customer service.

Ordered $30 worth of items and asked him for cup of ice and manager wanted to charge for ice. Starbucks gives free ice cup no questions asked. I would seriously do not recommend this location. There is one just 2 minutes away. They are cheaper as well.

Let me start by saying, the customer service was great in my personal experience! The place looks clean and it wasn't busy at all. The lady who took my order (I said hi but she didn't respond) but it's okay! is a big store for only 2 employees taking orders from online and in persons, it make sense if they are overwhelmed even though is not an excuse.... While I was placing my order the female cooker approached the cashier to verify our oder because; I ordered 3 sandwiches with extra sausage since to be that she was confused lol but (I give her a high five) for verifying my order to make sure that everything I order was correct" the only upside-down was that they started to talk in their language and I personally believe that they should speak in English just in case of any misunderstanding the customer can correct any misinformation about he/her order but I understand that the lady doesn't speak too much English but I think she should learn at least the Dunkin Donuts menu I didn't asked if they have restroom of so is not available to the public. Overall I do recommend

I ordered a Medium coffee, Half and Half with No sugar, the cashier read the order back to me. 2 minutes later I’m handed a VERY sweet cup of coffee. Bad experience overall, will not return. Next time try the Starbucks around the corner.
