Employees are very rude and unprofessional. I just asked the lady to make the donut a little bit warm and she said no so rudely. I need the response of the supervisor of this store

Be AWARE OVERCHARGING they charge me 10.99 for for 6 donuts but the receipt says something else. Thieves I complained she said prices went up I gave her 2 bills 10 and a 5 game 4.01 in change.

On the night of Sunday, 02/25/2024, at approximately 11:45 pm, my friends and I visited your establishment and placed an order for three coffees at the outside window. Regrettably, I must bring to your attention a disturbing encounter we had with one of your employees during this visit. While placing our order, my colleague, who was ordering a hazelnut-flavored coffee, was subjected to disrespectful and offensive language in Bengali by the employee at the outside window. The employee's language was too offensive, he was comparing my colleague with an animal. Just to d escalate the situation we just laugh and leave the place with coffee. It is important to note that my colleague does not understand Bengali, making the use of such language even more inappropriate and offensive. This incident has left us shocked and dismayed. We believe that every customer, regardless of the circumstances or location of order placement, deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy. Such behaviour is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the reputation of your establishment.

They gave me stale hard muffins. I threw them all out. Their food always tastes weird.

It’s 4:20 in the morning, I’m still sitting outside waiting for whatever employee that’s in there to stop blasting the music or tv that’s so loud that he can’t hear me knocking on the window. Even though there is a sign on the door saying they’re open for window service. This is always happening and it’s annoying. Hire better employees

Donuts hard I guess not so fresh Homeless people out front of course

Ordered the same items as near my home and got charged an extra $2 to top it off I ordered the pancake wrap that is supposed to come with a small syrup and something told me to check the bag before leaving, sure enough nothing. I asked for the syrup and she said oh we are all out no more syrup…. So you charge me $3.69 for a wrap that includes syrup which I didn’t get and I feel completely cheated. Never again
