Dunkin'

I just went to this location and Last time i go to this dunkin dinuts. I ordered on the app so that i would just pick up and go, but when i get there only the coffe was done and had to ask is my bagel ready. The young lady behind the counter was busy and asked the little kid with dreads to made it and he responded by sucking his teeth. When the young lady went to make my bagel a spoon fell on the floor and the kid with the dreads pivked it up and proceeded to use it on onather costumers coffee. I told the customer his coffe was mixed with a spoon straight from the floor and he said something, to which the kid replied "well then she will make it for you" and then said "you dont even know which spoon i mixed it with" absolutley disgusting. I will have to walk an extra 4 blocks to get my coffee because that is just nasty. That kid behind the counter is absolutley useless. I have no idea why hes behind the counter. After seeing that i lost my appetite. I had to throw it all away. Yuuuk.

8AM 1-30-24 female staff said she’s open on the register so I paid for small hot coffe . She said to go on the back of a long line with customers waiting for grubhub and online orders . I told female staff at the register to make my coffe because I see the other female staff doing superb ,taking care of the online orders and getting the customers out the way, she told me she couldn’t make my coffe that I had to wait after she took my order and I was the only one there ordering at the register . Very inconvenient and overwhelming experience. A male staff came from the back and instead of deescalating the situation , he made it worse going back and forth with me and I still haven’t gotten my coffe . In the end I asked for a refund , female staff that was handling online orders hurried made my coffee, thanked her then the female manager walked in I spoke with her but she did not acknowledge the situation nor apologize for the wait, she told me the dunkin donuts review will go to her anyways . It’s my neighborhood and my Last visit there .

Worse coffee I've ever tasted had to throw it out .

I order a sandwich and I saw when the employee pick up a bag from the floor, and didn’t change her gloves. And continued serving food like that.

Unprofessional , rude and they never never have your order ready when you place it online

In this morning i just order small hot cappuccino and multigrain bagel, and the lady who’s making the coffee she just gave me not cappuccino she gave to me regular coffee..and i order multigrain bagel with light cream cheese so she gave to me lots of cheese with my whole bagel..

After 6 months This "Small Location" Has its share of Good and Bad New management and Better employees. And In between early morning "Hangry Karens" If your used to details in food this location isn't "Starbucks and the cost of inflation makes it seem so. However it's not. This is an express location and After seeing many reviews the 3 teams are fast and efficient. The problems that arise are people's expectations and perceptions to a full sized location. I've visited a dunkins on 161st and Yankee stadium with only 2 employees be grateful what ya get. At this location I order foods not customizing anything and I know to pay attention to my reciept that tells me 3x sugar cane less ice etc ..in case I have a preferred taste. Staff is fast and friendly and human beings they are sometimes in the middle of shift changes or co-ordinating multiple things upkeep deliveries stocking food and tending to customers. If I don't have patients on a day I go to DDs by Lincoln hospital. But if I'm patient and have time I go to this location frequently....08/19/23...
