I place an order of Ice latte and got nothing but milk when ask to correct I was told it comes like that I ask him again to fix it and he refuse to when I ask for his name his responds was I got no name I ask the cashier to give me the young man name his said to leave it please I said No I'm intitle to have his name to do the survey and then I told the cashier to give me his name and he nodded his head and said no he continued talking to the young man of course im their language the guy then said it's Jim of course that's not his name...so I look at the receipt and saw the cashier name which is Mohsin S. I Will NEVER EVER ENTER DISRESPECTFUL LOCATION AND CREW..FROM A 100%DISSATISFIED DD PERK CUSTOMER I loaded a picture of the Latte.

Use the mobile app if you can, otherwise it can be crowded at times.

It sucks to say that all the Dunkin' Donuts are not the same. This is an example that this Dunkin' donut does not serve quality. They tried to charge you even 10 cents for anything. They charge you extra for almost everything that they can. The donut is stale and I usually go in the mornings where you would think it'll be fresh. All the drinks taste watered down and the service is not friendly. They talk to eachother ignoring customers and serve you when they're done conversating. I have gone about 10 times and the 10 times I've gone I can say that I've not had a very good experience. So unfortunately, I'm gonna have to give it a one star. Also in Uber Eats. It has the option to order from them. When you place an order, they never have anything. I've tried placing an order with them. About 4 times on Uber Eats and it has been incompleted and canceled.

They had a sign that said they were closed. They were taking orders from the window (it was only 5pm) but wouldn't let Me pay with my phone since they had to take it themselves and I didn't want them grabbing my phone. The ice cream was okay but not quite worth the price tbh
