I’ve been giving this location my business for over a year. the staff was great, customer service was fantastic. About two weeks ago everyone I knew was gone. All new faces, a bit disappointed but that’s business. In the whole year that I gave this DD my business I was always pleased with the service, never had to return any item. Since the staff has changed I’ve had to go back three times!! Very frustrating. Time for a change.
Decent location. A little hard to get in and I out of during the morning rush, and they normally don’t put mobile orders on the mobile order stand for whatever reason, but the drinks are made well!
The employees are nice and the mobile orders are usually on time which is great. However, lately they cannot sustain the rush hour between 7:30-8. They need more help wait time can be long like 15 min or more.
They are completely incompetent. I arrived at 710. At 725 it was my turn to order. Per the Dunkin’ App, I activated a free muffin with a medium coffee. Their machine didn’t read it.. the girl walks away for at least 1 minute to call someone. The line is at the door at this point. Finally, I nicely said that I’ve been waiting for 15min and I need to go to work if they can please just give me the muffin so they can figure out the problem. They said no. She proceeded to talk on the phone IN FRONT OF ME that I’m yelling at all the employees and didn’t understand the app even though I clearly showed her what I did. I will be calling corporate about their blatant disrespect towards customers talking about me in front of my face!! When they were the ones wrong!
I go in to give the staff the benefit of the doubt and 8/10 it’s always a disappointment. This morning I asked for decaf TWICE and still got regular. Everyone is either talking to each other or texting. I am glad that my last two visits the store has been clean. Usually isn’t. And yes I know when I am drinking regular coffee vs decaf. I get instant headache with regular coffee.
