Place is slow as hell and always filthy

There was a ground up bug pieces floating on the top of my coffee and stuck to the lid. Absolutely disgusting

There's an employee who said that the ham Swiss croissant is not available every time I go. Yet, when I go at a time when she's not working, I am able to order a ham Swiss croissant. But every time I go when she's working, she says that they just ran out. For example, when I went in the morning, she said there was none. Then, I went back 2 hours later, and they had it, but the lady was not working."

Very clean new manager is very good, organized and crew is better now new faces also. I see management cares good job. Food is good but service is fast even though mornings is crazy with kids from school they need extra help

Bugs in the coffee

I would like to know why this Location is charging $ 4.06 for a Large Black Ice Coffee. Everywhere I go they charge me $ 3.63.
