Dunkin'

This is the slowest one in the city. Don't bother ordering ahead on mobile, they still don't start to make it until you're there. Then it takes 5 minutes to pour a coffee and 15 minutes to make a sandwich. When you have to leave bc you're about to miss your train, they just offer you a donut because your sandwich still isn't even being made.

Bad experience, the quality is low now, I bough an old fashioned donuts and they were cold and didn’t look fresh. And a hot chocolate with wipe cream and they gave me a hot chocolate with not wipe cream and also was the worst chocolate. Tasted like water. I threw it away. Makes me stomachache all morning, I used to buy the hot chocolate at Dunking Donuts because used to be my favorite, creamy and good, but this experience makes to think don’t buy it again.

They don’t have the best atmosphere or anything but the fact people expect for the two people working there to make the best food ever and get it to them immediately when there’s usually lines of people for it makes me mad. There’s only so much two people can do and there doing good based on what they can.

I ordered a Signature mocha latte, chicken wrap and hash browns. I want my potatoes crispy so I asked the cashier for extra roasted and she was staring at me saying “Extra, Extra, Extra” for no reason at all! I ordered my food at 8:20 and I didn’t get my food and I had to rush because my train has come. I reminded them of my food in between but they were just too negligent and have not started to make it until I told them I didn’t want my food and wanted my money back. I had no option but to run to catch my train with no food. So disappointing.

I went this sunday sept 17 and tried to order at 230pm and even though they close at 3pm the cashier told me they were selling no more food thats crazy how y’all stop selling food 30 min before its close
