I have nothing but positive things to say and all the employees were friendly!
Went to DD earlier and tried to redeem my offer on the app, the cashier told me that I could not redeem because she had place the payment on credit card method and she would have to do it all over if I wanted to scan my QR code, the thing is I didn’t even tell her I was going to pay with credit card. She is lazy and did something I did not ask or mention when I was placing my order. I lost my offers. I will never go back there again

I was reading some of these reviews from the last 5 years, and it seems this store has come a long way. I order from this Dunkins about 4 times a week, mobile order. Every single morning, my man (I believe his name is) "Alt" or "Al" (could not quite see the nametag clearly, says "good morning Sean", hands me my order from the behind the counter, and tells me to have a great day, to which I reply "you too", of course. I mean, you can't get much more personable service than that. First name basis with a barista/cashier, however you want to refer to them as. I am thankful this is my go-to spot for coffee/breakfast in a hurry. Thanks team!!

This is my dunks ALI,(the store manager) or team lead is the best always says what’s up or hello w a smile and Mikey too and I forgot her name but the little Spanish older lady that says GOOOOD MORNING MMIISSTTTERR TO EVERYONE with her Zha zha gabor accent love ❤️ her they are the best crew …merry Christmas to them ALL
