They always mess up the order no matter how clear you are or how simple the order, i dont think theyre mistskesz they just dont care, staff are always incredibly rude. I worked in ff so I get it, but I don't want to patronize a place where the workers clearly despise being made to do their job and Blame you for it.

Zero for service the lady at the cashier had a really bad attitude and told Me I could not get whip cream and caramel on my coffee hire better workers customer service sucks smh

Extremely rude crew members no customer service skills give your coffee and say nothing all the employees needs to be fired!!

fast service. Food is good. But the chai latte is disgusting! Hot and cold. Corporate needs to do something about it, like change vendors or the manufacturer. It's my favorite but I won't be ordering it from DD anymore.
