Dunkin'

Terrible service. They got my order totally wrong two days in a row. Instead of an ice latte and a bagel sandwich, I got two donuts and a cup of cream. When I let them know, there’s was zero acknowledgment of error or refund. The second day they forgot my drink order, then made it wrong.

My neighborhood Dunkin' Donuts go there after school with the kids to grab a donut and an iced coffee. The reason why I'm giving them three stars is because I have given him many chances with making an espresso, and they never ever once got it right. If I want a really good cup of coffee I travel all the way down lions North to Kimberly and stop in for coffee there. Great employees and it is kind of a local hangout spot. Plus out of all the restaurants and Dunkin' Donuts I've been to they make the best espresso.

I love this Dunkin. It’s very convenient to where I live but I especially love that it has a drive thru that is almost always very fast! Friendly staff too!
