I came for donuts at 5pm. The prices on the board were for everything else. I had to ask how much the donuts & donut holes were. The service was good, but the donuts were not. They were dry and not good. - a waste of money.
I’ve seen several recent negative reviews and wanted to share my positive experience. I ordered ahead on the app for in store pickup and the order was ready right on time. I was picking up 3 coffees plus some food, and since it was just me, I asked for a drink carrier. Not only did the nice associate get me a carrier, he loaded the drinks up for me! I didn’t catch his name, but wow, what great service! The coffees and food were all very good and we are grateful for the attention to detail from the entire team.
They were short staffed so they shut the drive thru down and inside was a complete disaster, apparently you should not go here unless you order ahead on the app, then it may take less than 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. Or maybe if you order door dash, those orders seem to take priority over a lobby full of people
Went here twice for donuts and each time they said they were out. No matter what donut you want, they don't have it...strawberry glaze, out...chocolate glaze, out...vanilla glaze..out. They got plenty of those nasty chocolate cake donuts....but if you want one of them, they'll be out. There is no indication on their kiosk and they don't bother to come to the front so you can ask them about it. They want to replace your order with cheaper donuts, but have you pay the same price. Won't be going back here.
Food has gotten better, bacon is actually crispy and not oily and droopy anymore. Now if they can get control of the attitude it’d be better. The dark haired woman, idk if she Indian, I hate to assume, sorry but to try and specify her more, she has a terrible attitude, keep her off the mic and away from the window!
