Took forever with one person at register waiting on everyone. Came in for a gift certificate and a chocolate donut. Donut was out. No envelopes for gift cards. Spent 20 minutes total.
I would give this place 2 stars, but I’ll give it an extra star for the OK donuts and staff. My main complaint is really the quality of the food and coffee.. I’ve been here 4-5 times now, and consistently the coffee we’ve ordered has been awful. The iced coffee we ordered recently was flavorless, literally like water, and only somewhat of a semblance to coffee. This is consistent to the last few times I’ve ordered here. When we order food, the quality is always subpar. The hashbrowns we got one morning, for instance, were soggy and tasteless. Breakfast sandwiches could use some work too. While the donuts are OK, there are MUCH BETTER places here in Aurora that sell baked goods for much cheaper prices, such as the Mexican bakery down by Freeman elementary school. Why go here when there are much better options for food and coffee (like the mcdonalds down the street and the neighboring fast food joints..) and much better baked goods at local areas?
I always take mine to go. This Friday morning the place was packed. The staff was dealing with the drive up but doing a lousy job handling the front. When I asked who was taking orders in front the young woman at the counter was extremely rude to me.
this is the only dunkin i trust to make my coffee correctly, it is very good. Most times when i order, they never seem to understand me and always forget the sugar or cream if i don’t remind them a third time. Food is great, but ordering in the drive thru is not
This is not a good place to work alot of animosity and negativity very poor management.
If I pay for 3 large hot chocolates I want 3 large hot chocolates not just the large cups
