Dunkin'

I have been going to this location specifically for about 6 years consistently, I have a few favorite workers there since they always assist me when i'm there and they always get my order right, if there is any issue with my order they will fix it right away. I've seen many workers come and go, but they always try their best and are always sweet and kind. I've worked in many industries, even in the food industry. So I always try to remain patient and kind to others, we are all human and looking at some of the other reviews I feel as if they are being too harsh.

Second time I come here but the service was bad I’ll not come back here again or recommend to anyone

Today at 12:43pm I went inside to buy a coffee and there was something I didn’t like. A Mexican teen who attended me, her behavior was disrespectful. Firstly, she started laughing and asked me how tall I was and I told her “Why?” And she said because I looked small. I think that her job isn’t to be asking disrespectful questions about someone. Honestly, I am short and I get that question a lot but I didn’t like how she said it and how she was laughing. The way she said it made it seem like she was making fun of me.

I would have to say this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever visited ever. I work in the Waste industry and I was absolutely disgusted. The service is absolutely horrible, but it is also filthy. I would not recommend anybody at any time visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts franchise.

Horrible place horrible staff employees always in they’re phones they always talk back they just play to much horrible manager as well never going back employees should be fired why go to work if you only going to be on your phones

We ordered food of approximately $100 and then my kids asked for a cup of water. Mexican girl told my son to pay $1.10 for a cup of water. Then she got really rude and said that’s Dunkin’ Donuts policy. I asked her to show the policy. She was care what you think.. but she is not giving a cup of water.. who does that… horrible experience…
