Dunkin'

I just left the drive through. I asked for my usual large, iced coffee with two creams, and three pumps of caramel three pumps of French vanilla. When I got to the window. The girl did not know what my order was and then she came back with a medium cup filled with ice to the top. I said is that supposed to be mine and she said yes I said I asked for a large iced coffee with less ice. She came back with a cup that looked like “Iced Creamer” I asked her if they had two creams in it and she said yes. I was like it never looks like that other locations. It’s usually darker than that. She told me to taste it, but I said that’s OK because I had to get to an appointment off of Camp Creek. When I was up the street at a light, I put the straw in my cup and tasted it, and it tasted so disgusting. It just taste like some old cream. No coffee flavor at all!! I cannot get a hold of nobody. I called the two numbers on the receipt and the number off-line and nobody answers the phone but I did leave a message with the alleged store number. I will be leaving another message with the management. I am also about to go back to them when I leave this appointment to request a refund. I left the straw in the cup. Usually when someone put a lot of ice in a cup and pour the hot coffee in it, it will melt the ice and still have a coffee color, but in this case there’s not hardly any ice in the cup yet the color of the so-called coffee is super light. I will be leaving to let you know what the result of me going back to the store. I have a receipt and the items. Out of my history of going to Dunkin’ Donuts over the past few years this is the worst one on the south side and the worst in general.

My matcha latte look nasty and taste watery, my donut is face down with the icing all over, the girl at the counter didn’t wanna give me any straws or napkins. No receipt either. Nasty and kinda rude tbh

Unacceptable. Cashier, black hair w/ orange tips, said they were not serving food. So I ordered a coffee. Three people after me ordered and received food. Went back up and asked to have what the person before me just ordered. Cashier said sure and ran my card. 15 minutes passed. I asked to use the bathroom, cashier said sure and pointed to it. Reached for the handle, locked. Asked cashier, can you unlock your bathroom? Unlocks it. I go in. Literally **** stacked up to the seat. I come out and tell cashier someone messed up their toilet. Whole staff laughs and walks outside to shoot the breeze. I accepted that I wasn't getting food at that point, I just wish I understood why. I smoked a cigarette by my car and watched the staff talking, bewildered. Then I drove away. Very surreal experience. Parking: Parking is the second best part of visiting this establishment. The first is leaving. Kid-friendliness: I would not take anyone here, especially kids. It might be alright for animals though. Wheelchair accessibility: The place is wheelchair accessible. This is unfortunate because there are more opportunities for people to have an experience similar to mine.
