Update...afraid I had to downgrade my review. This place gets worse every time I go. This time I had to wait even longer to order even though there were no other customers except in the drive thru. Even though there were AT LEAST 4 and possibly 5 employees behind the counter, it took MORE THAN A COUPLE MINUTES before any of them could be troubled to come up front to ask me what I wanted. (Strike 1) When one finally did, I placed my order and said I was a senior. I was told their "screen was broken" and therefore they "can't give" me the senior discount. (Strike 2) Finally got my donuts, paid the non-discounted amount, went and sat down and bit into a donut...WRONG DONUT. (Strike 3) I went back to the counter and was told "Oh, sorry." She went and got another guy who confirmed they had given me the wrong donuts. After the four or five employees discussed who had opened and who had 'cooked' they decided they didn't have the donuts I had ordered and whose fault that was. (Strike4) I was then asked what other donuts I wanted but was not offered my money back. (Strike 5) When I got different donuts, they had very little filling in them, again. (Strike6) I am upset with myself that I did not demand a refund but I have only myself to blame for that. I tell you every word of this review is the truth, no exaggeration. I have NEVER given this bad of a review before and hope I never have to again. The owners/operators either don't pay attention to the reviews or don't care. Below is the review I originally did some time back. As you can see, it has only gotten worse. The creme filled donuts barely had any filling which is typical at this particular store. I did get waited on after the three employees over by the drive thru window got finished visiting with each other. Not a good experience.

They are so slow. Go somewhere else unless you want to wait for 20 minutes. Got my food at 0904, 16 minute wait.

Love their ICE CARMEL MACCHIATO ♥️I always get it but today it was my first time testing the right flavor! The guy made it for me I think he’s new manager but it was the BEST !! Please show the lovely employee how you make it Thank you

Breakfast croissant was yummy.

Amazing place and coffee! Abdul took my order and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was very friendly and helped us throughout the process. We will definitely be coming back because of him!

Went to the drive thru, person taking the order kept repeating my order getting it wrong x3. Got to the window every one looking like they didn’t know what I had ordered. Simple Medium French Vanilla Ice Coffee. I washed about a ham and cheese wake up wrap. They all stated laughing and said nope that was 2 years ago. Rude AF. No other cars were there because the staff is rude, customer service has gone down since this location first opened. I know you probably don’t care but I do as a paying customer .

Good food. Quick service. Can’t really speak about the atmosphere, I haven’t been inside.

Had no eggs, no kolaches or donuts at 6:30am. Sounds like poor management. The crew were friendly and accommodating under these circumstances.
