DunHuang Lanzhou Beef Noodle

Cold & famished after cycling 37 miles in pouring rain ️ at Tour de Flushing ride coordinated by TRANSPORTATION ALTERNATIVE. Came here immediately to get some warmth into stomach and hopefully the soul. The food Gods has smiled upon me today possibly cause we rode during inclement weather. $11.95 for the signature beef noodles (N1) and $11.95 for the hot oil noodles with no meat (N9). Both came out spicy ️. The beef was good. However the Hot oil noodles was in the stratosphere. It is not of this earth. Food for the GODs… First, the noodles stretched probably the length of my leg. 2nd the flavor & texture gives you a jolt to the senses. YES, It’s that good . WOW . Need to come back asap & try other dishes January 2024: very likely the best noodles in Flushing

今天吃的敦煌牛肉面，牛肉有牛肉的香味，萝卜和面条煮的恰到好处，刚好断生。汤头不错，没有加味精。 香菜太少、没有青蒜，辣子没有现泼的香气。点的是毛细，仿佛是二细到三细的样子

The Lan Zhou hand pulled soup noodle perfect on a cold day. Noodles are super long and bouncy and soup is very flavorful. Was able to try a few other dishes on the menu as well and they were also great. All the lamb/muttondishes were very tender and seasoned well (on the bone and skewers), not gamey at all. The cold liang pi wasn’t seasoned as strongly so it was perfect paired with the skewers which had a ton of flavor. The plate of beef and potatoes was also very tasty, beef is very tender but recommend getting an extra order of plain noodles to mix in as the flavor is concentrated. Service was super quick and nice, answering any questions we had.

If you are looking for authentic Lanzhou beef noodle, this is the place. By far in the flushing area, I haven't find anything close to this.
