+ Fried Dumplings was good with pork filling + Staff was nice Everything else was just below average - Plates, chopsticks, spoons, and tables were oily and dirty - Service water didn’t taste good enough Did not look clean enough either - Place does not look clean Nothing amazing here
ALL of the dumplings are amazing. It’s small and cramped, the tables are a little slimy… But I still love going.
The food wasn't great. The dumpling is too soft and easily broken. The lamb dumplings have a heavy smell if that matters to you.
Dumplings at this restaurant are simply amazing! Bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked, they are a must-try for any dumpling enthusiast. Whether steamed or fried, each bite is a delight. It's definitely a favorite dish worth coming back for!
I was quite excited to eat here. But when I walked in the whole place smelled like a very nasty toilet. We couldn’t stand the smell and had to leave.
Shopping along Kensington must come with a visit to this joint. The food and service were really lovely, but the only thing was that it only accepted cash, so make sure you have some on you. Like all eateries in Canada, the food is best that you consume with a friend. ( ie. you can share, or else you will end up putting on weight), because the helping is HUGE, by Asian standard. The mushroom fried noodle was really good with their special sauce, and in the cold weather, the hot and sour soup really worked wonders. Finally, we chose the pan-fried dumplings since they came in servings of 12 pieces instead of the steamed ones, which came in helpings of 15 pieces.
Real grungy feel but the best spots are like that. Dumplings are amazing but eggplant was so so.
