Great service and good food!! I went here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. All of the food is seasoned well. Their steamed egg is worth the hype and their dakgalbi is really good. Make sure to ask for the rice to be made at the end! Service is friendly and professional. I personally like it more than the other dakgalbi place on broad ave as that is severely short staffed and there's often a wait. Can't wait to return to Dumok and try their BBQ next!

I love dumok! I’ve been here a couple of times this year and I was always able to get seated right away with no issues. It’s located on the second floor but it’s very easy to find. The bathrooms are also spacious and clean. Having tried both their dakgalbi and kbbq, I think the dakgalbi is the much better option. The kbbq is nothing special, but you get a lot of sides and they will also add kimchi and mushrooms and stuff. The dakgalbi is always delicious and I recommend bringing at least 2 people with you because the serving size for 2 people is still a lot of food. Their rice balls are also yummy!

별 1개도 아까운 식당. 닭갈비 시켰는데, 고기는 오래됐는지 색깔이 보랏빛이 돌고, 양념은 특색이 없는 무난한 맛. 더 최악은 서비스인데, 식사시간이 좀 지난 오후 2시 방문이라 손님이 아무도 없고 어서오세오란 말이 없어서 브레이크 타임인줄 알고, 식사 되냐고 물어보니까 핸드폰 하던 종업원인지 사장님인지 중년 여성은 대답대신 손가락으로 가르키기만 함. 다시 물어보니까 “저기 앉으세요~”라고 했고, 그 뒤부터는 더더욱 제대로 안내를 해주지 않음. 음식이 나오면 맛있게 드세요라든지, 불에 다 익혀 나온거니 치즈만 녹으면 먹으라든지 그런 말 하나도 없이 음식만 갖다주고 음식도 탁탁 내려놓음. 순간 오면 안되는데 와서 기분 나쁜가 싶은 생각이 듬. 그리고선 식당 나갈때까지 한 번을 자리에 안 옴. 힘들어서 쉼이 필요하면 브레이크 타임이라하고 받질 말던지, 서로 기분만 안좋아짐. 첵은 다른 직원이 갖다줬고, 음식도 서비스도 분위기도 최악, 다시는 갈 일 없음

If you're in the mood for a very heavy Korean meal, then head here. They've got BBQ chicken, pork, beef, etc. and you can ladle cheese on top. That's all I've got. Better get your sweatpants ready.
