Food was delicious! Only wish they had another coffee brand because I'm not personally a Dark Matter fan, but it was still good. I'll definitely be back tho!

My advice to you is stay humble stay grounded and treat everyone the same way. Does not matter age,looks or race. Dont forget your location albany park the most diverse area in the City. Do not discriminate. Its your customers and they pay your bills so help everyone the same it dont matter they spent $20 or $100 your good customer service should be your top priority always. No attitude No judging tours your customers. More training to create a good company culture so customers have a good dining experience.

I have been excited about coming here for some time now. I went this afternoon and it was the worst experience. My coffee was amazing but the service is not worth it. I had to wait over thirty minutes for a coffee and go up to the counter to make sure I didn't miss my order because they refused to give instructions. Do not recommend no matter how good. Dietary restrictions: I planned on ordering food because I was told they had gluten free options but i couldn’t find them and the staff barely spoke so I just ordered coffee.

Stopped in for coffee and breakfast and…Wow! The Avocado toast was excellent and my wife’s overnight oats were as well. The coffee was worthy of the multiple awards on the wall. Kid-friendliness: Many families were there when we visited

Easily one of the best cafes/restaurants I've been to in Chicago. I ordered a "My Favorite" and the Dulce de Leche latte. The latte came in a huge cup and was so so so good! It wasn't overly sweet which I was relieved about, but it still had plenty of flavor. Plus, it was fairly cheap especially for the price. The "My Favorite" is basically a hot and honey baked chicken sandwich I think, and it too was really good. I liked that it's not fried and it has a ton of flavor with a good kick of spiciness. The chicken was so tender too. I would absolutely come here again, plus they're opening a second location closer to the middle of the city.

I was excited to check out this place after I saw a friend posting about it. I showed up at 3:35 for a quick bite and asked the server if we could sit and she said that we could only have coffee and pastries since the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes. I was confused and I asked her, you just said the kitchen closes in 15 min which means is not closed yet, so we can’t have any food? She was clearly lazy and didn’t want to work and just stood there with nothing to say. We just turned around and left, obviously won’t be back, it was an embarrassment to my family. As someone who has worked in many restaurants before, no restaurant would allow this nonsense and would serve costumers until they actually close and servers have to stay until the customer is finished.
