Duffy's Sports Grill

I ate here with my friends and had to wait 25+ minutes at a table just to be wiped down. OUR FOOD WAS BURNT! We sent the food back to get fresh ones. I forgot to take photos, but the pork chops WERE BLACK BURNT, and the Mahi Mahi sandwich was also toasted. All we smelt at the table was the burnt smell. They ran out of everything: green beans, nachos, potatoes, etc. They even cut the music off while we were eating, so we ate silently. They even had lots of dirty tables in our area of whole sandwiches that the previous guests ate. This place needs more management. FYI, we didn’t get our utensils till we complained that we got our food and still had no utensils. I’ve had the most exceptional experience, thank you Mia the bartender today 03/08/24… you were very attentive and your customer service experience was phenomenal……. because of that I will be back because of the experience you provided me and my friend.

If I could give 0 stars I would, but in order to leave a review I had to at least give them an undeserved 1 star . I made an online order for pick up and upon arrival my husband was told that I called and cancelled the order. A lie . The manager said she spoke to me, but she said my name wrong confirming we never spoke . When the male manager came to “assist” he was NO HELP. They weren’t accommodating or even concerned about the mistake THEY MADE . They didn’t offer a refund, offer to input our order or anything . Never returning to this location .

The food was great and the service was top notch

Paid for in online order today for 5pm pick up time. The waiter stated order wasn't ready. Waited another 15min, then waiter came back with a lady manager who made up story about my wife canceling the order. She even stated she spoke to my wife lol. My wife confirmed the lady was lying. The male manager who was present just allowed her to continue to tell made up stories and just stared at me. He was not supportive and mendacious just like the female manager. I will not recommend this site and both managers are condensending and unprofessional.

I went there with my kids tonight and had the best experience with my server Edgar! He was so attentive and helpful! So sweet and very hospitable. He checked on us regularly and we really did enjoy our night! Shout out to Christian, the manager he swung by and gave us the MOST AMAZING CHEESCAKE WE EVER DID HAVE ON THE HOUSE! Amazing service & staff, even the hostess”s were so amicable! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
