Due Amici

We came for happy hour and were sat in the area that happy hour was not offered in. We were not given the option upon booking our reservation to choose the “happy hour area”, and we were not told that the prices of drinks or food were different until after we were given the bill. The table we were sat at was quite literally 20 feet away from the area that would have been $50 less than the bill we were given. The waitress then said she couldn’t do anything about the charge. My friend and I were also charged the wrong price for the salad that we split. An option to sit in the area designated for happy hour needs to be advertised better. Very annoyed with this situation for the quality of food.

My friend and I came in for happy hour. We were having a decent time until a manager (Caucasian male, white hair) very rudely asked us (and another woman) to move to different seats. I've never had anyone take such an aggressive and vile tone with me in general and especially not at a restaurant. The request was reasonable but I have no idea why he was so rude in his delivery. He practically barked at us to move and then as we were collecting our things to move used a very condescending tone to direct us to the seats he wanted us in. It soured the experience for me. The servers were kind but I doubt I'll return after this.

Great food. Good service. Could be a smidge more kid friendly but I get that’s no the vibe they’re going for. Nonetheless still accommodating.

Food was amazing, atmosphere and wait staff were great, they had live music. A live band. I loved it.

Computer issues with the Pos, but didn't ruin the wonderful food and service.

Service was slow and when I asked a waitress (who was not ours) who was walking by with a water pitcher, for a refill, I got the evil eye. We waited an hour for our mediocre food. Feel like we should have gotten SOMETHING off our check...never going back--sad because I previously had a great experience (of course that was pre-covid)

Service was good. Food was average at best. Portions small, food ratio poor. Nothing stood out as above average.

We had dinner with a friend there. Everyone liked their meal. Bathrooms not disabled accessible (have to use stairs). Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian options but great food service and atmosphere. Pricey. Not sure if they have vegan options.

Our first time here! Loved it! Sat at the bar, awesome bartender!

The food was good but I don't think the service was good enough.
