Breakfast donut is AWESOME

Absolutely flawless experience! ALL team members were involved and totally pleasant! Food was outstanding and love the ideas for inventive donuts !!!! Kid-friendliness: My daughter not only loved the donuts and service, but also the sticker, rubber duck toy, and Crock button....which we had a complement on...which gave us the opportunity to tell them where we got it! Genius marketing, by the way!

They are not at all prepared for spring break crowds- 3 very obviously overwhelmed staff. At 10am they were already sold out of sandwich options. Waited 45 minutes for 2 donuts and a coffee. No organization of ordering/waiting/ pick up areas. Total cluster. I would have walked about w/out my purchase but my partner is stubborn and waited for our very mediocre donuts.

I hear good things, but they have been closed early everytime we try to go due to “high demand” and “short supply”

We called the store before going out of our way they said they were open and we drove here just for their to be a sign on the door saying closed. This was during their open hours on the website also. Very disappointed

They were all delicious, but the maple bacon is the show stopper. I wish they had tables to sit and eat.

We went to this location 2 times in three days only to find that they were closed during regular operating hours. Today it was at 12:30 in the afternoon and the closing time is 5:00. Not a very good business plan especially during spring break week!

We tried Duck Donuts today and they were amazing. They are fluffy and light. Patience is key if you are ordering in store instead of online. Their team are friendly and create beautiful donuts. Our child enjoyed watching them craft these donuts.

Waited 43 minutes for donuts. People whom came in after me getting their order. Asked if my order was still in progress and they couldn’t find it. Said another Jim took my order. I used the kiosk and put my last initials knowing that a common name needs it. They did not call out as written. They just called out Jim. So my order was taken by somebody else. When I said that’s why I used my lady initial, the young girl said “that’s not on us” waited another 5 minutes to get my correct food. No sorry or apology, nothing. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. Didn’t eat so I can’t say if it was good or not.
