I usually always order for our unit at work however two weeks ago the donuts were bad and uncooked. I called and asked to speak to a MANAGER due to our donuts not being cooked inside. I was passed to a lady who took my name down, and said they would replace the 6 donuts. She stated they have no way to know if they are fully cooked or not so sometimes “it happens”. No problem. However today I showed up, and was met with the owner who was snappy and acted as though I made the situation up. She said I should’ve spoke to her like I even know who she is? They are clearly lacking communication. She proceeded to whisper something about me to one of her coworkers. Bizzare way to treat a regular customer.

Despite being a national chain, this location has a friendly and charming atmosphere. Staff were attentive and worked quickly. Everything, including DELICIOUS donuts, was made to order. Will definitely visit again!

Pre packed coffee, not fleshly ground. Not the coffee I was looking for.
