My daughters 16th birthday cake (gluten free) was perfect. On time, amazingly affordable, beautifully decorated, and (most importantly) absolutely delicious. Great customer service and pick up was a breeze. Sincerely, thank you Dream Sweets!

Let's start off this review with a direct quote typed out from the owners, portraying their lack of professionalism: "I'm going to pass on reading the novel you just sent over and I will pass on further communication. You have every right to attempt to post a review even if it is dishonest at best. I have every right to challenge that review based on your offered bribe. In the end, the little secret is that even if your review sits online forever, you know what changes...nothing! The only person who values your opinion is you. Our business will go on as normal and you will go on thinking you actually achieved something. Have fun!" Prior this message, they also accused us of attempting to blackmail them & stating that it's illegal for us to post a review for their product & services since we asked for a refund, and they will make every attempt to have our reviews removed once posted. We ordered our wedding cake from them but had to cancel our wedding due to covid. Prior to cancelling, we had other events on which we ordered two additional cakes from. • Facts: - We made a non-refundable deposit for a wedding cake. - We now canceled our wedding due to Covid, and simply asked if they would be willing to refund the deposit. - They denied (which is not only expected but also understandable), and we took the moment to provide feedback for 2x cakes we purchased that tasted nothing like the samples. • Taste of Samples (Cupcakes) - 5/5 These were absolutely amazing. We met a local spot in town, and they brought 6x cupcake samples free of charge. They were so good that it was hard to decide which 2 flavors we wanted to pick, but we immediately booked them that night for our wedding cake. • Taste of Actual Cake - 1/5 - Cake #1 - Major let down. We ordered a mocha cake for a birthday. The density & taste was that of biting into a chocolate brick. We ended up throwing it away, and now had concerns for our wedding cake. - Cake #2 - In order to ensure a natural process and a better representation of what we should expect with our wedding cake, we did not give them a heads up with our dissatisfaction with the 1st cake. We purchased a strawberry cake and the best way to describe it is mediocre at best - nowhere close what we sampled. • Professionalism - 0/5 Let’s be honest, it's easy to have good customer service until witnessing how they handle various situations. After explaining our dissatisfaction, accusing a paying customer of illegal activities, blackmail, and bribery for informing them you will be posting a review of your experience puts their professionalism at a flat out 0. The various emails back & forth were very ill mannered and low class. • Reliability - 2/5 The good - They had availability for our original wedding date, and also allowed us to move the date 1 year out due to COVID-19 without a penalty. The bad - Just like many other customers complaining about late deliveries, for cake #2 they were supposed to meet us at 2pm to deliver the cake, but informed us his wife was running late delivering other cakes. They arrived at 4pm. Luckily this didn't impact our schedule for the event that day, but this was another red-flag. • Affordability - 4/5 They offered the best prices that we could find for a wedding cake. The truth here is you get what you pay for. The smaller cakes did cost more than grocery market cakes, which are much larger & significantly better tasting. • Overall - 1/5 Regardless of how affordable they were, or how good the cupcakes were, I cannot put my trust in a company that treats their clients like trash after providing poor products. Their samples provided expectations, and they could not be met. I highly advise brides & grooms to stay away from Dream Sweets Baking Company. You really do get what you pay for, and this was a prime example.

So when I originally found this bakery, I was absolutely thrilled to find them as I needed to order a cake to be delivered for my daughters party and most people either were not delivering or their cakes didn’t appear to be up to my standards. I called and spoke to Rick and gave him the time and date of the party and he said that was fine. Everything seemed to be great up until the day of the party. I had messaged Rick the night before asking to have the cake delivered about 4 o’clock the day of the party. We had never previously discussed any times other than that the party started at 3 pm. I woke up to a message from Rick saying that he would not to be able to do that and he would be delivering between 12 & 1 pm. I immediately reached out because I was renting a property for the party and was not going to have access to it at that time. I had explained to Rick during our first conversation that I needed it delivered and would not be capable of picking up. That is why I agreed to pay $200 for a cake for 40-50 which I guess is their minimum for having it delivered even though we only had 29 guests. Rick then told me they would not be able to deliver at that time because they would be at a wedding delivering a different cake order but that I could pick it up until 6 pm. How that even makes sense is confusing to me. So we went back and forth until I said that i am a wedding coordinator and I’ve never had a vendor so dead set on not working with a client and he decided to start talking to me as if I were stupid before telling me he would just refund me and cancel my order and HANGING UP IN MY FACE. So not only would my daughter have no cake for her sweet 16 at all but this guy, who apparently thinks it’s acceptable to treat clients however he feels regardless of whether it’s professional or not, gets to belittle me and act like a five year old having a tantrum? Seriously? So I have a full blown panic attack and scramble to figure something out. Luckily the amazing gentleman who rented us his property let us come a little early so I called Rick back. Can he work with me? Can he please meet me at 1:30 because that’s the earliest I can do so that he doesn’t ruin my kids party. He then talks down to me some more before telling me that I better be there at 1:30 because if I’m one minute late, he’ll tell the girl to turn around and leave and I’ll have no cake. Never mind that she didn’t even show up until 2! Or that the cake was gooey in the middle and I could have gotten a better tasting cake of the same size from stater brothers for $80! At one point I asked him how am I supposed to pick it up with 4 kids in my car? He could have easily said that the cake was small enough to fit in a lap. Had he told me how small that cake actually was, I would have picked it up to be done with the situation. Dream Sweets bakery is a ripoff and the customer service is appalling! I would never in a million years order through them again. Was the cake pretty? Yes. But it looked much better than it tasted and it was not even the style we ordered! I don’t know exactly when companies like Dream Sweets Bakery decided that customer satisfaction no longer mattered, but I hope they realize that eventually they will burn the wrong person and lose everything.

We wanted the perfect cake for our wedding day and we found it at Dream Sweets Baking Company. The vanilla and chocolate were the right combination, the naked frosting went perfect with the theme of our wedding. We had to change our venue and they made the accommodations to deliver to our new location. Thank you DSBC our guest loved the cake we will remember this day for the rest of our lives.

Ordered a strawberry filled triple layer vegan and gluten free unicorn birthday cake for our grand daughter who has celiac disease. The cake looked beautiful and tasted exceptional. Our grand daughter was so pleased to have a birthday cake she could eat and share with her friends. Also ordered cookies and they were good too but the cake was the star of the day.

I love their cakes! So delicious! I wish I could make them myself but they cannot be duplicated. So special. And they make orders last minute.Better than regular cakes. Even the non gluten-free family loves it. Thank you!
