Had such a lovely experience, Was made especially excellent by Mary’s customer service and just general great vibe! We definitely be back again sometime soon. Strongly recommend to everyone.

A huge selection of games. Great food. Really good atmosphere.

Lovely place! Went with my partner for a few drinks and games last week. Everyone complains about waiting times, but all our drinks/food were delivered quickly even though the place was full. A lot of games to choose from, definitely recommend!

I was honestly quite disappointed by this place. We came here on my birthday to play some games… Firstly I will commend the effort and ability to help inform on games choices that was really appreciated! When we arrived the two people we checked in with seemed very confused and as if we shouldn’t be there but they were just struggling with the system. The venue itself is very dark and dingy, there is very little natural light and everything was a little untidy and rundown - with this the garden was also shut which it was lovely weather and would’ve been nice to eat food outside We started trying to play a couple of games and despite you paying for this service in particular, every single game we tried had many pieces missing which to me defies the point of the experience and we were left trying to make up ways of playing them with paper We had food and drinks which weren’t too badly priced - the espresso martini was great, the sweet potato fries were great however they did bring one person the wrong dish Overall we were kind of let down, despite the venue being majorly empty, they put our group of 6 in the middle of a bunch of people which I have hearing loss which made it difficult and it just wasn’t the experience I’d expect and was left a little disappointed on my birthday so we left early

Defo recommend this games place, we had a really fun night playing there. Great selection of games, the staff are really lovely, there is table service, so you can continue with the games uninterrupted, cocktails were good, as was the food (we had burgers). I completely agree with there being a cover charge, as they have invested in decent games and it also meant only the occasional piece was missing, so you could still easily play them (which is often not the case with games in pubs etc).

Great atmosphere. All the games you could want. Nice place to catchup with family or friends. Imagine would also be good for a date night!

This used to be a great venue, having enjoyed many previous visits. However, the terrible customer service endured on a Saturday evening has put us off returning. From the moment we arrived staff appeared harassed and inconvenienced by our presence. We experienced particular rudeness from two members of staff. Had to wait over 30 minutes for our drinks order, which was then dripped across our games table by the server without apology or acknowledgement, leaving us to hunt down napkins. The host’s sole focus appeared to be on getting customers to exit as soon as possible - in our case this meant standing over us and abruptly announcing it was time to leave after less than 2 hours. The entry fee permits 3 hours of game time and there were many free tables, but no helpful mention of this from the host despite us clearly being mid-game. Extremely disappointing experience. We will perhaps give the Waterloo branch another shot, but won’t be returning here.
