The pork banh mi and shrimp spring rolls were delicious! And it came out super quick! I highly recommend this place
Arrived before 6pm and they were closed
Really solid, and super cheap, banh mi and spring rolls. The banh mi are made on lovely crisp french bread. I typically order the Roast Duck one, unless it’s sold out, at which point I’ll spring for the Roast Pork one. You can also order the spring rolls to go, and eat them later in the day for dinner.
Second time buying from here. Had the Pork Vietnamese sandwich. Really good Had the Vietnamese iced coffee, very good, and the lemonade could use a little less sugar but that is ok. The customer service needs improvement.
Cheap, quick, super healthy and very tasty. I don't love being limited to one packet of hot sauce, but the rule seemed loosely enforced. Dining in is okay, but you'd probably be happier walking over to the park and finding a good bench.
Wonderful owners, great roasted pork bahn mi
The sandwiches are okay. The baguette itself was hard. Not enough liver pate if any, and the menu items are not exciting. Where is the dac biet? Dinosaur is a step up if you're not already on Haight St.
i put high praise on google reviews but then was thinking and realized i’ve never left reviews for my favorite places, which dragoneats most definitely is. i’ve been coming here for 6 years and it’s so freaking delicious. i order the garlic butter chicken breast bahn mi (with no jalapeños) and it always hits. their noodle bowls are also super scrumptious (i like the tofu with soy sauce). super quick service and in a cute room on haight st with natural light and hipster decor. only thing i’d change is for them to stay open later! can’t recommend enough
