Always fun. Need to swim with the sharks to get the full experience.
Fun place with great exhibits. You can even pet baby sting rays.
It was WAY too crowded. Unenjoyable when you feel rushed and getting bumped into every second. My kid couldn’t walk a few feet away without getting lost in a crowd. Very little interactive exhibits with the exception of petting the stingrays at the very end. It’s very much just look and walk. Also what’s the point of purchasing tickets online if you have to stand in ticket line anyways to get your wrist bands?? Also parking was a nightmare. Took about 40 min once you go to the entrance of the museum parking lot. Save your money and just watch a deep sea documentary on Netflix or something.
It's not the largest but much to see! Make reservations in advance through Denver City pass... There is also a restaurant and bar on site.
We only went here to eat but it was 10/10 for the atmosphere alone. The aquarium being right next to the tables kept the kids so entertained!
Was a nice aquarium. They have a mini zoo also, so i got to see a tiger in one of the exhibits. The big shark tank at the end with the hammerheads was awesome! I stood there for quite a bit mesmerized. I got to touch a stringray. It was a 1 way path through the whole thing so there's no getting lost. I think it took me like about 90 minutes to see everything.
I am not a fan of this aquarium. The price is high and the waits are long. It is a small sidewalk through the whole aquarium and is busy so no room to walk around and enjoy things. They have nice exhibits, but the over crowding and jamming everyone in takes away from the ability to enjoy anything. Parking is a joke too. The line backs up forever and last time we went we sat in line for 30 minutes waiting for staff to try to fix the pay gates to get in.
Had an amazing time here! I'm sad the tiger was asleep though, we'll just need to go back again soon.
