Really bad service. They talk to you like you owe them something. Wait on hold for long periods of time. Food is good but service is terrible

I always get a delicious meal.

1 tarter sauce packet. That is all you will get if you ask for tartar sauce with the fish dinner when picking up an online order. They were going to charge me when I asked for more packets. Seriously… this place nickels and dimes you. After display shock that you have to pay for every packet of tartar sauce, nice employee whispered to me saying that I would have to sneak over to the cashier inside the restaurant and for more tartar sauce. When you order online using Uber eats, you can only retrieve your order by standing outside by a sliding window on the side of the restaurant. When I initially I got to the window in the kitchen the staff person just looked at me through the window pointing to something with look of annoyance. Since I had never ordered anything through Uber Eats, I didn’t know the restaurant protocol. With an exasperated look, she opened the sliding window and said I was supposed to show her the picture of my order on the phone before she even opened the window. if that’s the protocol, post the instructions on the window rather than having a look of annoyance. If you’re even remotely scared of being in this neighborhood or robbed then don’t even have your business here.

1.Food smelled good but tasted so bad it should be a crime. 2. Winding dinner was 5 wings all of sudden it’s 3 now with a price increase 3. Hair was in my Mac 4. I wanted a refund the old black lady started fling off on me shut this place down

Don’t buy your food here place is rat infested sat down to eat and seen something run across the wall… for your health don’t eat here

I hate to do it but I have to. Ordered a simple meal. Two mash potatoes, a side of green beans, and two gravy. Why did they only send the mash potatoes in my Uber Eats order? I then drove to the location to correct the order and received what I thought was a corrected order. Instead they sent me off with TWO BBQ sauces and the green beans. I think someone in there is trying to sabotage the business from the inside because that makes no sense. Keep in mind this was for my sick grandmother who just got out of the hospital.

Rude, slow, disorganized staff. Waited for a delivery order at the window for 10 mins with no update as to how much longer it was going to be. The person working the window was left by herself to handle way more than she could. This is the 2nd time I had a bad experience picking up food from this place. Never again.

Just went to this place and I’ll never go back. We got there and no one greeted us for the first 10 minutes. We then waited over an hour our food. The chicken tasted of horrible smoke and lacked seasoning. The best part of the meal was the lemonade. Lastly, the workers were arguing with each other and it was extremely unprofessional. I can see why this place has a ton of bad reviews. We tried to give it a chance but this place is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Ended paying 60$ and we threw all the food away.

Food is amazing but customer service and actual interaction with customers is horrible I’m not going to go on a smear campaign with this review but i your service is just as important as your product - If service would’ve been professional, more courteous , understanding and etc easily a high 4 almost 5 star rating -
