My daughter was celebrating her 30th bday and I suggested to her to go to Alligator Pear for dinner and DOUX for drinks. WELL...,DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS... 1- Greeted by 2 Large intimidating bouncers in your safe space insisting you pay $5.00 to hang up your coat. While another patron was not asked. Btw, NO VISIBLE SIGN stating such. 2- when they requested to speak to management, as I suggested, a man appeared stating he was the owner, and became irate and disrespectful to her and friend. I have video which I am going to POST. He then called on the burly bouncers to physically throw them out. Mind you, there weren't any other patrons except for the 3 other women who didn't hang up their coats BECAUSE they bought a bottle. 3- Because they decided to record the encounter, they were grab and pushed, and even slapped the phone off her hand. My daughter called the police by my directions. WHAT A WAY to bring in your 30's 4- THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR YOUNG WOMEN TRAVELING ALONE. BEWARE. They get no star.

Went there yesterday and they told me coat check was mandatory, giving me an attitude when I walked in by the security, So I give my coat to coat check, sat down and got a drink , then I see these 3 other women, with their coats still on! So they gave other customers different treatment then me ! What kind of unprofessional stuff is that ? Change your management, I see this place closing real soon !!! Haha

Ordered a simple double Jack Daniel’s on the rocks at the bar, the bartender self added a 25% tip and presented me with the whole bill with the audacity to ask for more. “No jackets” allowed inside the security was forcing us to leave our jackets in the coat room. People were smoking cannabis inside the club the fire detector went off a couple of times but they didn’t really care. Would I go again? A resounding no.

The place is not big but the vibes were very good. On friday they play afrobeat and hip. hop music. I enjoyed my night

There was a miscommunication on drink minimum. My entire 6 person group heard one thing, while the bouncer (white, disheveled guy) claimed he said another. When I got the receipt, I calmly disputed. They refused to listen and physically escorted me out of the building. Trust the sub-2.5 star review and avoid this overpriced POS

It's a pretty small club space, but plays good music and you can have a fun time on a table.
