Douglas Burgers

So we placed a phone order. Pattymelt, light onions, chicken breast sandwich and 1 small order of fries. We get there and. The guy at the counter was straight up rude. He charged us for what I thought was the order n it was only for the sandwiches. We said where are our fries? Um she said only the sandwiches...my husband said no! I heard you on the phone repeat the order..with a small fries. I said, I ordered with you on speaker, so, yes he did hear you acknowledge my order. Soo he charged us an additional $3.30, which my husband paid for. What we ordered was not $20- A pattymelt is a hamburger patty on rye bread with a slice of cheese and some caramelized onions. My party melt had a lot of raw onions in it. I ended up taking all the onion out. Good think I'm not allergic too onions...I don't know if this cashier over charged us just to do that, but a party melt and chicken sandwich are not $20-a party melt is $5.99 at most... ridiculous..,and cashier, please change your attitude...smile and be kind to the patrons, please... Thank You

I really like the food it was good

Don't bother coming here, avoid. Horrible food & over priced. Fries over cooked & steak meat was too hard to even bite. It's ridiculous that you spend $50 on food & they still expect you to pay for a side of dressing for $1.

I placed my order at 6:03 and received my food at 6:08 I got to say it was not a bad wait. The place wasn't too busy when I walked in maybe 3 groups, the place does have an old look and feel IMO, next to the register they have the menu laid out for better viewing, they also have cookies and chicharrones for sale that's kinda neat. I haven't had a burger from here in about 10 years so I decided what the hay and got the bacon cheese burger combo with an extra side of thousand island cost me $14 rounded up. The quality and taste of the food I swear was amazing! Everything tasted and felt fresh, the fries were crispy but could use more seasoning or salt I wasn't sure what they used. I really do wish they stayed open a little later like 9pm or 10pm but I gotta start eating earlier if I wanna come here! Parking: The parking lot is a little weird and tiny but there are plenty of spaces

Ok well here we go again i forgot my food don’t come out right here 1st of all Douglas #6 must cook their food 2 different ways if u get my drift # (blk). cause the Version i get every time can’t be how their still in business people do your fries be crispy # i told the lady i don’t want my fries over cooked , well huh now the burger the buns be like toast with burnt ends all the way around , i ask for mayo they barely put it on the burger was dry yall i asked for grilled onions they said that’s a dollar I asked for extra pickles & tomatoes . They said that’s a dollar refills are buck smh yall who gets charged for grill onions must be a race thing must leave a note to self tapped to the dash of places for me not to go to Douglas # 6 is one of them 4 me & my 2-3 times coming here never enjoyed their food wow .!!
