Doughnut Time

Went in today and was served by a friendly guy! Very helpful! Amazing service and great donuts!

Great vegan doughnuts, especially the Ice Ice Bae Bae

The doughnuts themselves look great! Fantastically presented. However cannot excuse the lack of service. The lady serving huffed and puffed when we and another set of customers entered, did not talk to us during service, looked like she had much better places to be. I get it, I work in hospitality. However to make a customer experience worth coming again, you need to at the very least pretend you care about your job. Unfortunately soured the experience for me. We all have bad days, a quiet service would have been fine, but to audibly be sighing that customers are coming in? A step too far.

The doughnuts tasted good and the sizes were big. The glaze of ice ice bae bae was good but the frosting was too sweet. We also bought stranger rings 2.0 and that’s amazing too. Yet it’s better to share it with your friends as it’s so sweet. Although £4.7 per doughnut is not cheap, I’ll definitely try other flavours next time.

Bought a Kinder Jenner there. The dough was old and smelled like a cathedral. Would stay away from those.

Lo hemos visitado hoy y nos hemos ido súper contentos! Nosotros hemos probado el donut de lotus, el de red velvet y el de homer. El de lotus estaba muy muy rico pero si no eres muy goloso la crema empalaga un poco, aun así un 8. El de red velvet , que es vegano, estaba buenísimo! El chico que nos ha atendido que era súper amable nos lo ha recomendado y me ha encantado. No es muy empalagoso y está riquísimo. Por último, el donut típico con el glaseado rosa estaba buenísimo. Muy recomendable!
