Love the burrata cheese here !!!! It's awesome!!! The pizzas are amazing and everything is super fresh and made in the moment.
I’m not a real fan of pizza. Think Pizza Hut. but we ate at Dough recently, and I am totally in love with this place. The food was outstanding! Everything we tried was amazing. Our waiter. Dave was amazing! We trusted him to suggest everything from start to finish, and he did not disappoint. There was barely anything left to take home because we ate it all. Don’t forget to try the burrata.
Sat at the bar: bartender did not greet us, offer menus. We had to flag Griffin (bartender) down and still barely any attentivness. One other couple at the bar and myself +1. Being that I have been here over 5x, this visit was very disappointing for the amount of money I spent. Pizza was cold, soggy and small portion of toppings (that I paid extra for)
If you’re in San Antonio do your tastebuds a favor and drop by for amazing food! The wait staff here is second to none. You’re treated like family when you walk through the door. Started off with the Campionatiore which is a sample of all the burrate. My favorite was the seasonal burrata which had apples blended with reduction and mustard seeds We followed that up with the Seasonal Pizza which was braised pork short rib with house pulled mozzarella and Sicilian olive oil with emolata sauce We each finished off our phenomenal meals with amazing deserts. I had the Panna Cotta which was silky smooth, creamy and slightly sweet with a hint of rich vanilla, served with macerated dried cherries and a golden raisin sauce. Elizabeth Savoie Bandy had the Torta DI Polenta. It’s a rustic white chocolate cornmeal cake with vanilla bean anglaise and raspberry sauce. Harrison had the Affogato which is an Artisan crafted vanilla gelato topped with espresso, shaved dark chocolate, vanilla whipped cream and cookies. P.S Conor was and excellent server and provided excellent insight on the menu
Wow. Authentic napoletana pizza just like how we had it in Naples Italy last year. The pizza is amazing and the dough is out of this world. I wish they open up a location in Houston.
