Double Wide Grill

This place has gone downhill. The food is edible, but not worth the money you end up spending. A few items on the menu were unavailable. A very long wait just for a salad, let alone hot food.

Food was good, moving towards BBQ meals and sides. No kids menu.

Food was good and the atmosphere was pretty cool but the waiter messed up in a multiple of inexcusable ways. Here’s a few of the issues we had: - they brought out half the tables food 15 minutes earlier than the rest of us - they brought out all the food without remembering to give us utensils, requiring one of us to go get them ourselves from another employee - they didn’t listen to our drink order correctly - they didn’t split the bill the way we requested - they never introduced themselves This waiter basically took every opportunity possible to make a mistake. It was completely insane. If I’m going back I’ll be requesting a more experienced waiter.

I can't speak for their other food, but the brisket was not good and I will not recommend it. It was very dry and OVER seasoned. It tasted similar to gas station beef jerky with EXTRA salt. The special dipping sauce that came with the brisket tasted akin to ketchup but somehow worse. Likely my worst BBQ/brisket experience I've had. Mind you, I'm not an expert and have only had brisket from 6 or 7 restaurants.

i think it is renamed to spork pit. salmon and broccoli was good. the service is great amd always friendly.

New owners really messed up. They got rid of almost all of their vegan options and that is so unfortunate. Elsewhere we go

What's not to like about this? Some of the best vegan food I've ever tried. Don't visit without trying the seitan wings!

The change from Double Wide Grill and ALL of the vegan options they had is horrible. They have 3 vegan things on the menu now. This used to be my favorite vegan restaurant in the country, knowing that I could take anyone here, as they had options for all parties. Sadly I won't be back after the menu change. Not only did they go from 10-15 vegan options to 3, but the entire menu for meat options is smaller as well, as my brother noted. The vegan food they did have was delicious, as it always has been. But sadly not worth an hour drive to Pittsburgh anymore.
