Absolutely disgusting. They take advantage of the people at the airport and make the food way more expensive then how it would regularly cost at other places
Terrible food! I wish I'd looked up reviews before stopping here. I got the Carne asada fries. The fries were okay, but the cheese was processed and I'm not sure it was meat on top. It came with ranch, too. Not authentic and very low quality!
Horrible horrible horror, just awful!!!!!!
I ordered Chicken Bites with Asian sweet chili and Garlic Fries. The order was ready in 20 minutes. The chicken was freshly made and had a crunchy and crispy exterior with good Asian chili flavor. I would recommend trying it, but it was overly priced for the quantity provided. The garlic fries were crispy but too oily and had a very subtle garlic flavor. Overall, it wasn’t bad.
It was during the lunch time, but apparently there were not many customers. However, I waited for 20 minutes for my order to come out. I ordered a sandwich and fries that were not really special. But they took longer to prepare my order for me. They worked way too slow,
They're getting a one star because I couldn't place anything below it. I was highly disappointed with servers Elizabeth and Patty. Their customer service was horrible and they were rude and to make matters worse, their Supervisor was nonchalant about their conduct. The waitress told me that I was taking away from customers (that were non-existent). Also, the carne asada wasn't good. TERRIBLE! I would never eat here again..
This place is racist and customer service is terrible. We came in at around 6am. Waited over 20 mins, waived the server over 3x, but she apparently served other parities that came in after us, perhaps because they are white. Terrible customer service all around. Zero star if I can give.
The saltiest chicken teriyaki bowl I’ve had.
Horrible service. Non-existent for us. We kept trying to get the servers attention and they went to serve people who were seated later than us, so we left.
Worst fries I’ve ever had. Greasy. Soaked in “house garlic oil”.
