Donatos Pizza

I'm from Columbus , Ohio. I've been coming here from Venice FL. For a couple years. This was the worst sub and pizza I've ever had. Amy C order #21. I had to spit out the bite of sub I had. The pizza was just not up to par. Such a disappointment

Called at 4:30 and ordered pizza to be picked up at 6. It is now 6:15 and was told at 6 when I got here it would be done in 5 minutes. Still no pizza yet. Finally got the pizza at 6:20. Got it home and the order was wrong. Just so you know I ordered 4 pizzas and am a rewards member.

They are quick and efficient. A counter girl named Liz is amazing. Friendly and hardworking.

First let me say I understood the impact Super Bowl Sunday had on filling orders. Phones were telling people their orders were ready but the store had nobody to pass out pizzas ready for pick. Finally I had to go back and get my orders off the racks. I asked who is supposed to pass out completed orders and nobody knew. Finally got my orders long after they were ready. When I left there were about 20 people waiting on pick up. And still no one was passing out complete orders.

Very casual laidback place. Expect to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes for your food if you walk in -so maybe try to order ahead of time. Great pizza!

This has to be some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time.The meat ball sandwich was awesome,and the calzone was perfect and it was delivered just imagine if we ate there.I highly recommend this place…My go to for now on!!!!

So... If I was drinking heavily this would be a good pizza. However when your sober it's not that great. I ordered this via Uber eats. Unfortunately I wish I looked at the reviews outside of the Uber eats app.... The pizza didn't taste all that special and I agree with the other reviews it tastes like frozen pizza.. I'm not saying it's the worst but by far not the best. The pizza reminds me of gas station pizza with the total being $50 for a large and medium pizza there is definitely better elsewhere....

The pizza we ordered, Buffalo Chicken with Jalapeños had pretty mediocre flavor. The chicken was meh, Jalapeños had zero heat. Garlic bread was undercooked and very much still doughy. The Sweet Thai Chili wings were bland. Maybe I just got an off night for the kitchen, but I won't be giving it a second chance.
