Donatos Pizza

Dropped in for a quick fix and was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the delicious, affordable ($6) 7" personal pizza. I got the original pepperoni and was even more pleased to discover it was well done and square cut, tavern style. This pizza would be perfect for a kid, or anyone needing a pizza pick-me-up! 10/10 recommend!

We just 2 pizzas and the meatball shareable, and not only did it come early but it was IMMACULATE. Everything was perfect! Me and my boyfriend can’t stop eating it. Whoever’s working, you’re killing it!

I went to pickup my pizza and they couldn't find it. They gave me someone else order. I got home and the pizza was barely warm. I only live about a mile from Donatos

I ate recently [11-27-2023] at Donatos Short North at 920 N. High St. in the "Short North" neighborhood of Columbus. I am a regular Donatos customer; I order food from Donatos several times each week. I usually order my food from Donatos Upper Arlington because I live about 300 feet from that location. I had been planning to attend a meeting that evening at Stonewall Columbus, several blocks to the north, so I had decided to eat at Donatos Short North and then walk several blocks north so that I would be able to attend my meeting. Most Donatos locations are free-standing buildings that are separate from their neighbors; this particular Donatos is part of a continuous structure [that consists of several different connected pieces] that runs between E. First Ave. and E. Second Ave. on the east side of N. High St. One thing that is definitely unique about Donatos Short North is that there is a bar, Black Brick, in a separate room that is immediately south of the south end of the Donatos dining room, that is open occasionally. Black Brick had been closed while I had been at Donatos but I had been able to walk into that space for a brief moment and take several pictures in the near-darkness. My food order at Donatos Short North had been a meatball sub that definitely is one of my favorite food items at Donatos. If you are looking for delicious food, I recommend any of the locations of Donatos.

Ordered mariachi chicken. They charge you for sour cream for this pizza. They didn't send sour cream. They offered to send sour cream, but really? Pizza is cold by then. Last time ordering from this incompetent location.

Very open and friendly environment. Jordan, the bartender, is super friendly, the pizza is Amazing! Sunday Karaoke is so much fun!! A++ Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza is amazing! Kid-friendliness: I always see kids with smiles on their faces here. Wheelchair accessibility: Very open environment

I have ordered multiple times over the last few months, just to have my order cancelled after 30minutes to an hour of waiting.
