DON SALSA'S TAQUERIA

So this was my first time coming here. I had heard about it before and always wanted to try it out. Yet, it's not that close to me. So, a day or two earlier, a friend posted that her husband brought her a chimichanga from there and how good it was, with a couple of pictures. It stuck out to me, as I love trying new places and been on my radar as somewhere I'd like to check out one day. So after church, I decided to stop in, and my first impression was that the parking lot was basically for 3 cars. One handicapped spot and two regular, along with space for two more that states no parking. Thankfully, I was able to get a spot. I went inside and it was exceptionally clean. The floors were shiny, definitely waxed recently, some TV screens on the walls with a decent amount of places to sit. I mentioned that I have a shellfish allergy, that I cannot even have anything cooked in the same oil or pan as it. She said no problem! I then asked for recommendations and she started naming off so many things that sounded amazing! Then I told her to tell me if it was her right now, what would she order? She said a wet burrito with green sauce and chili relleno and Carne asada in it. I said SOLD! Lol. I'm always down to try chili relleno. So to have that in a burrito...well...let's just saw heck yeah! I got a beer and soda to go with it and sat down to wait for my order. I tell you what! That burrito took up the entire plate! It was sooo good! It didn't have any heat to it. Just good flavor. Of course I only could eat about a third of it and had the rest the next day. I can't wait to come back and try more options off the menu! She mentioned they don't do any advertising, so it is all word by mouth. I'm telling you, go check this place out! It's pretty damn good! Dietary restrictions: They took my shellfish allergy seriously! Wheelchair accessibility: There's one parking space behind the restaurant designated for handicapped parking. There is plenty of room between tables, even for the widest wheelchairs.

Food is great I loved it.

I can’t believe that I keep going back but I won’t be anymore after the experience I have had with this “restaurant'”. I had ordered nachos without Pico de gallo and they messed up and put it all over, no big deal but when I asked for them to remake it, it was taken to the back right in front of me where the older man proceeded to just take it off and hand it right back to me. I don’t like the taste of tomatoes at all, hence why I asked for it to be remade. I went back recently and got a burrito and asked for no pico again… my burrito was stuffed with it. I double check the receipt to make sure they got it down right and they did. I just think there cooks don’t care. Just prepare to have your food done wrong, every time .

Food and service was upto par, They are very authentic and great service great customer service building is clean bathroom was clean and very nice people and he made sure I had everything that I wanted even at no cost for the guac. This was one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to in a while.
